IALT:reflection on how to reflect in assembly.
This week we are learning how to behave during assembly.This week I have created a digital poster to explain my learning.In a assembly you should show respect to the speaker/presenter.You can show respect by being a active listener.You can be a active listener by showing body language to the speaker and not talking when there talking.
Good behaviour is a good thing because it show Manakitanga which means caring for others.You can show MANAKITANGA because it shows that you are a good listener and it shows that you are taking in the information that they are sharing with you.
Sometimes during a assembly some people clap for too long.Also some people play with their and each other hair for example the girls.It is really distraction for some people because they are trying to listen and there are some people playing with their hair.Also people and talk to each other while the speaker is speaking.
I am a student leader and I am supposed to set a example for the little children and by that I should be encouraging the younger generation how to be during assembly time and one day they will do the same.
