Weekend reflection
On saturday I went to etk
at 12.30 and we did a warm up our warm up was jogging around the cons for 15-20
and then we got a boxing bag and our trainer
said we have to throw straight punches at the
boxing bag and doing skipping knees on the the boxing bag to then we did 1,9 elbow then switch
kneen the bag the a high four to and then we
played a game and its like tag and you have to tap their legs then we did sit ups then mike
said the person who trained the hardest and i
trained the hardest today.
